About Me:: I am blessed with wonderful Barbadian parents and am one of five siblings. The love, support and encouragement from family and friends over the years has helped me to grow into a positve, enthusiastic and passionate person. I love life and feel very blessed with all the good things which I have attracted into my life. I've surrendered to my higher calling and on a daily basis build my connection to the divine. Believe me life gets alot easier when you do! I work with a range of tools to aid my spiritual evolution including meditation, spiritual response therapy, numerology and angel cards. I believe very fervently that life should be simple, peaceful and blissful. That joy is our birthright. Anything else means we're off track and we need to make some corrections now! Relationship Status:: In a Relationship

Your Principle Areas of Interest: Personal and spiritual development. I'm particularly interested in health and see it an area which we need to focus more carefully on if we are to regain our place in the universe. We are an incredibly beautiful and powerful people. To live that beauty we need to heal and cleanse mentally, spritually, physically and emotionally. I love working with crystals as a healing modality. One simple layout can completly rebalance your energy field. Our ancient Khemetian ancestors were the first to work with crystal, colour and sound healing. We need to reclaim these arts.

To facilitate our return to power I run a range of development programmes including Assert Yourself! and Financial Abundance Now!
I've just completed some coaching training and am excited about developing this part of my work. I've been coaching informally but I'm now ready to take it to the next level. If there's anyone who'd like a free 15 minute coaching session, email me! It might take a white to sort out the time zones but I'm sure we can get there. There are loads of websites now where internatinal calls cost 1p per minute so don't let cost put you off. I'd love the practice.

Much support in your endeavors as well.

I have researched many disciplines of yoga including Kemitic.

Many don't know that all the disciplines of yoga that exiast today were practiced by our ancestors.

That's why it's good to be well versed in various disciplines and extrapolate the truth and essence from it and discard of the misinterpreted teachings.

Nonetheless, I do respect all of the yogic teachings that the Kemitic teacher have brought forth and will always strive to learn more.
