I LOVE LIVING IN BLACK

I have never felt so welcome, so loved, so much a part of a group in all of my life. I feel like I have come home. After suffering extreme grief over the death of my daughter and mental and emotional abuse on my job, I feel like I am finally receiving a healing from all of you. I appreciate you. I spoke with Scott this evening and he would be delighted to reopen the lines of communication with you. His memory of past events is pretty fuzzy. This is a good thing and means you both can just start from where you are. He definitely was not harboring any ill will toward you. He requested I give you his email address- smandelker @hotmail.com. This is all so cosmic:) He said he will be checking his email during his travels. I hope you are well. We had an earthquake somewhere this evening.I don't know where the epicenter is but it delivered a pretty big jolt. I think that's why my cat wouldn't stay outside this evening. We live in Oakland but Hayward is close and the fault line runs through it. These jolts always feel like some giant came along and just shifted the house to the side. I wanted to extend my sincere condolences for the loss of your daughter. Since I only joined recently I am new to that sorrow in your life. My children lost their 18 year old cousin to a drive-by shooting this past Friday. She was 7 months pregnant and looking forward to the future with hope and joy. Now I understand why you have Black Orchid playing. Thank you for the lyrics as I may use Brother Stevie's words when it is my turn to speak at the funera. Love and Gratitude.

Ten years ago is when I met Scott. We have been friends ever since. About once a month I meet with him in SF for a long walk and lunch. He helped me to understand much about my Self that caused me to feel "alienated". My given name means "odd; strange; alien to the land." I am a Wanderer without a doubt so you can understand why knowing Dr. Mandelker is a blessing for me.
