Now I might be going out on a limb but I do believe if we cant accomplish the simple tasks then the complex tasks will be pure fantasy. To achieve any goal good planning has to be made, if we don't plan our discussions we could end up talking a whole good stuff without making any progress. I am a great believer in goal orientated tasks where members may offer solutions to reach a specific objective. This is team building, which is a point we have not achieved yet. Our first objective was to introduce ourselves to each other and identifying our skill set, which has been fairly successful ...even tough there are members who for whatever reason didn't do this. For those who have completed the first objective I feel it time to move to the next stage... team building.

When one of your contacts orders a 1-year subscription ($27 for the electronic version; $45 for the hard-copy version) make sure that they mention your name as the person who referred them. When we receive the payment notification, we will forward the $5 referral-fee to you. You will receive $5 every time someone orders a 1-year subscription with your name as the referent. If 10 people on your e-mail list order, you will receive $50; if 200 people order, you will receive $1,000, etc. If the same contact orders more than one 1-year subscription (for example if they order three 1-year subscriptions as awoda akyede/birthday gifts for others) you will receive $5 for each one of the orders ($15).

This referral-fee program is designed to disseminate the information contained within the nhoma (journal) to as many of our people as possible, as well as to create a means by which Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People) can become entrepreneurs simply by making/e-mailing a suggestion. It can also be used as a fundraiser for your cultural organization, cultural school, programs, trip to Afuraka/Afuraitkait (Africa), etc..

This referral-fee program is open to Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People) ONLY.
