I missed out on the post about treating Christians with compassion, and I'm not a Christian. I am not Muslim either, but my husband is, and he prays over me, asking Allah to show me "The Light". As if I could see it no other way, but anyway. I do appreciate his concern, even though that will not change the fact that I will not become a Muslim.
Would love to have your input on what kind of programs we can develop to uplift our youth, generate their interest in Rites of Passage Programs, and to build a Youth Corps or Scout program. The NBPP is kool but to my knowledge they are not attached to any political umbrulla org. that gives them political direction and diplomatic cover. Correct me if I'm wrong.
