can you say the crocodile has a lump on his snout. Well, I have
crossed a river of sorts and finally finished my first novel.

In my sincere and humblest opinion you have embarked on a path that will enrich you more then you could ever imagine and exceed your own expectations when it pertains to Afrikan interest. From re-acquainting ourselves with Afrikan cuisine, traditions, language, garments, hairstyles, musical traditon, dance, history and geography. Happiness is at our helm.
Getting culturally align (re-Afrikanize) is the most ennobling thing that any Afrikan ascent being that's from amerikkka can do. Trust me on this one. Behold, livinginblack, our Afrikan empresses are returning to claim their rightful place in the Afrikan world! This is truly a joy!

I have just completed graduate studies in oriental medicine and preparing for the next step. It is time to look my grandest and having a difficult time doing it by meself. There is a need to lose 100lbs., yes! that much. Nov diagnosed w/ type 2 diabetes and the meds prescribed helps wgt gain. darn it!
just started a walking regimen and can do 4 hrs in 1 hr 10 mins. Looking for african dance classes, no luck here in central florida.
Do have a good understanding re: food etc.
what is it that you can do to help someone that desires to lose 100 lbs?
