Naturally, we need to build a national organization, so that we can organize the grassroots around a national agenda. We have experimented with various models (i.e. UNIA, SNCC, Black Panther Party, etc.) each one building on the strengths and weaknesses of the past organizations. For example the abolitionist movement build the “underground railroad”…last, we heard, the tracks were still there…
