- I am a Afrikan woman (British Jamaican) born in the U.K, I currently attend university and hope to be in work. I love reggae music its my soul music, but I do love all black music except nigger music-Hip Hop. I love reading and finding about my Afrikan culture and hope to be attending more Afrikan centric events and to get to be more active and more involved in helping Afrikan people. The inspriational people that have helped to my journey to rediscovery and reconnecting to my African roots, Honourable Marcus Garvey and Amy Garvey, Malcolm X, the Black panthers, True Rastas men and women, Harriet Tubman and every other African King and Queen who have fought the onslaught of white supermacy and whom lived their lives for the African race. But life in Babylon aint easy! God bless

I love the challenge of being Afrikan in today's world; it's wonderful! Why would we wish to escape this kind of challenge? It's too wonderful. We should eat this kind of challenge for breakfast! European hallucination can only work against us where there is an absence of contact with reality, an absence of knowledge of Afrikan history. European history's principal function is to first seperate us from the reality of ourselves and separate us from the reality of the world. What is happening in England is our brotha's and sistah's are taking the lie for truth and the truth for the lie. With more awareness, let's know that we (conscious ones) are BEing united even though it seems as though there is no difference.
